65 Reiki Touch Healing Positions

This is a practice course for full body reiki healing.

Do take up this course, understand how and why to heal yourself at least once daily and start healing yourself as you watch the video.

Anyone can do this, but of course, after getting Reiki 1 initiation, one gets maximum benefit of this.

Lesson 1

Here are the 8 head points that you can heal as you proceed with Reiki self healing.

These points are:

  1. Eyes,
  2. Temples,
  3. F-B Third eye,
  4. Ears,
  5. Back head (Occipital lobe),
  6. Jaws
  7. Sides of neck,
  8. F-B neck

Lesson 2

Here are the 8 Thorax points that you can heal as you proceed with Reiki self healing.

These points are:

  1. Lung Tips,
  2. Throat (Vishuddha Chakra),
  3. Heart (Anahat Chakra),
  4. Diaphragm (Manipura Chakra or Solar Plexus),
  5. Liver (Right side of Manipura Chakra),
  6. Pancreas & Spleen ( Left side of Manipura Chakra),
  7. Naval (Swadhisthana Chakra),
  8. Groin (Mooladhara Chakra)

Once you do this, take a small break and go to the next segment.

Lesson 3

Here are the 8 Back points that you can heal as you proceed with Reiki self healing.

These points are:

  1. Shoulders,
  2. Back Throat (Back Vishuddha Chakra),
  3. Back Heart (Back Anahat Chakra),
  4. Back Diaphragm (Back Manipura Chakra or Solar Plexus),
  5. Kidneys (Both back sides of Manipura Chakra),
  6. Naval (Back Swadhisthana Chakra),
  7. Waist (Both sides of Back Swadhisthana Chakra),
  8. Base of Spine or Tailbone (Back Mooladhara Chakra)

Once you do this, take a small break and go to the next segment.

Here are the 8 Leg points that you can heal as you proceed with Reiki self healing.

These points are:

  1. Thighs,
  2. Knee,
  3. Back Knee,
  4. Lower legs,
  5. Calf Muscles,
  6. Ankles,
